OLED Grade ITO Coated Glass, Polished Visiontek Systems can supply OLED grade ITO, Indium Tin Oxide, transparent conductive coated glass. The ITO is deposited onto polished soda lime float glass in two standard smooth thicknesses giving 15 ohms per square and 30 ohms per square. Then SiO2 barrier coating is deposited between the ITO and glass. OLED ITO glass is becoming increasingly used in flat screen displays in applications such as phones, PDA's and digital cameras. It is also used in a range of development of new devices that require the deposition of ultra thin layers onto conductive substrates . Product Description OLED grade ITO coated glass. Size: 355 x 355 mm (14 x 14 inch) maximum. Smaller pieces can be cut and supplied to customer requirements. VisionTek also offers a lithographic service for patterning ITO. Thickness: 1.1mm. Polished 1.1mm thick soda lime float glass with an SiO2 barrier layer of 25 nm Type 1 ITO thickness of 150nm giving 15ohm/sq or less sheet resistivity with a transmittance greater than 85% Type 2 ITO thickness of 80nm giving 30ohms/sq or less sheet resistivity with a transmittance greater than 81% Visiontek also supplies standard ITO glass and ITO Polyester Film
